My name is Henry Wheeler-Klainberg, I am a student at UMASS amherst studying Computer Science, Math, and Biology. This is my website! Here I showcase my past projects, my full resume, and my publications.

Current work: Researcher at Sequence Analysis and Genomics lab at the University of Massachusetts Amherst: Writing a senior thesis on training an antimicrobial resistance predicting neural network using mulispecies dataset. Also working at the Centro Nacional de Biotecnología (CNB-CSIC) at the Autonomous Univerisity of Madrid: Working on a software that generates interactive phylogenic trees for two input sequences and plots correlation.
